Project: Schematic design of contemporary new dwelling.
Location: Suffolk
This modern contemporary new dwelling in a restricted space.
The existing site was restricted, but the clients wished to build their own moderate home and the work resulted in this design.
Unfortunately it did not gain planning permission, but the design does show what can achieved in a tight space and moderate manner without impeding on any neighbours.
