About Optimum Architecture
Optimum Architecture Ltd is based at Nayland on the Essex and Suffolk border in the heart of the beautiful Dedham Vale and Stour Valley AONB. We work on projects throughout Suffolk and North Essex.
The company was established in 2007 by Stuart Davis MCIAT, Certified Passivhaus Designer, who along with James Wicks ACIAT, Dan, Les and Henry, have collectively many years of experience. Our individual skills, experience and qualities complement each other very well, which enables us to bring you great designs, together with practical advice, and well documented information.
We provide architectural drawings for new houses, small developments, extensions, renovations, and outbuildings, for all types of residential properties.
We thrive and enjoy the variation of working on all styles and age of property, frequently working on period properties, modern designs and diverse or complicated planning applications.
We are flexible, accessible and pride ourselves on having a positive ‘can do’ attitude. It is our aim that once the project is completed, the result fulfils your requirements and expectations.
We regularly work with Babergh District Council, Mid Suffolk District Council, West Suffolk Council, Colchester City Council, Tendring District Council and finally Braintree District Council We are also able and confident to work with any other Local Authority further afield.
Most of our work comes through referrals, and our aim is for you to be satisfied with our designs and service, in the hope that you will refer us to others.
